Best service in the area. Robby went above and beyond in getting the compressor to our heat pump replaced. His prices were reasonable (especially considering what was done for us) and the guys who work for him showed up on time and were friendly, efficient, and professional.

GREAT PEOPLE! Needed a service call on my HVAC unit. Called at 8:00 am and was up and running by 1pm! The service techs Steve and Bumper wasted no time and were very professional. Our AC quit working last night(blower). I looked up nearby AC repair near me and I found Robby. I read the reviews and said to myself let's see what happens. I called him at 8am. He basically diagnosed it on the phone. He showed up in a couple hours and had it running in 10 minutes. I am not kidding. He said he'd order the part that needed replaced and be back to put it on. This repair would get my AC running until he could get back. Honest man that loves what he does. This will be my AC repair guy forever. Really impressed.

Robby was able to come same day and in short order was able to diagnose and repair heater. I had a company that came earlier in the day and wanted 1475$ to replace a blower after Robby diagnosed he found out it wasn't a blower and was able to fix for under 200$. I would definitely recommend him and will be my first call in the future with any ac/ heater issue. Thanks Robby

Robby and team came to our business to quote a new HVAC unit, he was one of many companies to give us a quote, these things are expensive and research is important. After receiving multiple quotes (ranging between $8k-$15k) he said that he would like to try to fix the current unit rather than replacing it. Guys. It worked. My air has been at a steady 71 degrees since he came in, and before it would do good to get down to 78. As a female, it can be a very frustrating experience, dealing with things like this. I never felt like he was trying to pull one over on me. He even stopped back by that afternoon to make sure everything was still working properly. If I could give this company more than 5 stars, I would.
Robby's Heat & Air is absolutely the best AC repair service available. Period! Robby and Steve responded quickly when I called and they got my outdoor unit repaired in hardly no time. This capacitor's wiring shorted out and caught fire. Thankfully, the compressor and fan motor were not damaged. If you want the best possible service with an honest and reputable company, there's no need to call anyone else.
Sent a message to him through his website on a holiday weekend. He responded that night on a Sunday. He sent 2 guys out first thing Monday morning and filled our freon and we were back in business. I am very grateful for his service. Fast and friendly!!

Robby seems to be a very honest person. My location was a bit far for him to travel and he let me know right up front. Many places would have scheduled and then just not shown up if time didn't permit. If Robby were closer to me I would definitely be using him.

Robby has personally answered the phone every time I called, and scheduled site visits as quick as possible. I had them give me a quote on a heat pump shield, another company (doing insulation) said they could include the shield in their job. When the second company wasn't competent in installing shields, Robby was quick to come out and get it done right at a fair price. Will definitely be coming back for more HVAC work in the future.

We had an issue with our unit and put a call into Robbie's Heat and Air. They showed up very quickly. They addressed the issue and explained our options. Since it was summer and very hot they provided a window unit until he could order a new unit and get it installed. Very professional and knowledgeable. We found the quote to be very reasonable since we already had another quote from a different company. GREAT GUY
1st called Robby in Aug, 2022. We just returned home from a hospital stay for my husband and our main unit wasn't cooling. I explained the situation and Robby said he would be right out, AND HE WAS. Fixed the problem right away. In April, 2023 Robby replaced one of upstairs units. Robby was very good about communicating with us about the what would need to be done, the cost and the timing to get the job done. We feel that he is honest and cares about his clients. We are happy with the service we received and will definitely call Robby in the future. Definitely recommend Robby for any HVAC issues you may have.
Robby and his team are by far the most professional and honest AC/heating experts I have ever used. Robby is straight forward, suggests different solutions to a problem and is simply just a good person.
This review has been delayed just because life is busy but if I could give more stars I would. I was home with my daughter and her 2-year-old during a heat wave when the A/C went out. One vendor came out and quoted an astronomical amount and would not be able to get to it until the following week. Robby came out and added some Freon so we could have some air. He didn’t charge me for it and I had not even signed a contract yet. He just knew we were miserable and wanted to help. He also helped me on final installation day with an issue with my hot water heater. So great to have an honest, helpful contractor!

I highly recommend this company! I have used Robby’s Heat & Air for a variety of projects over the past 3 years— from a complete re-wiring on my HVAC unit and new thermostat at my last home to a furnace repair at my new home. If I’m ever in need they will be who I call for a new system as well. Very prompt response and service, and fair pricing.

We came home on a Sunday evening to our heat being out. I called Robby and left a VM and he called me back later that night and tried to help troubleshoot what our issue was so we wouldn't have to be without heat. We have never used him before and he did this without even knowing us. He was at our house first thing on Monday morning and had us a temporary fix until the part we needed came in (which was only a couple days later). He also took the time to check in on us to make sure everything was still working properly. We HIGHLY recommend him. He is very caring, knowledgeable, and upfront about everything.

We had a great experience with robby's heating and air!he was here to install right when he said he would. Cleaned up ever thing and we didn't have to do anything. had trouble with one of the units and robby took care of it and installed a new one for us that fixed the problem. Later on had some trouble with the bed room unit and he came right out for us and fixed that problem. Alway very helpful if you have any questions. Would highly recommend him for you heating and air needs

They came and fixed my AC unit quickly and refilled the cooling gas. It's reasonably priced and has a friendly staff. I would use them again if my AC unit went down again.
Overall, the experience was ok. We needed help when our HVAC quit working properly and they came out promptly to check it out. Turned out to be a bad defrost circuit board which I felt was pretty expensive for a not-very-complex board but guess that's the way some things are. So far it has been working as it should hopefully it will continue for a while as replacing the unit will be like buying a car. At any rate, I think they were honest with me so you should give them a call if your HVAC is giving you a headache.

Called answered right away. Super friendly. Came within a few hours. Even though I could not be there, he checked and fixed my heat. My son showed up shortly after he completed and said he was super friendly.
Robby was quick to get to me although I wasn't in a hurry. I only needed him to check things out so I could sell my place with confidence and he did just that. He even taught me about backup heating in case the outside unit failed and found the installer hadn't turned the thermostat to allow that if I had needed it. Thanks Robby! Very professional, will keep you informed during the process. We needed work to repair the duct transitions, duct board and replace rain shield from the unit to the house.
